At Private Label Extensions, we strive for excellence and want you to be completely satisfied with your hair and beauty products. Due to the nature of our items, we offer a 30-day exchange policy on unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Review Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, factory condition with all ties and tags intact; hair that has been brushed, washed, or installed cannot be returned.
- 2.Submit a Request
Contact our customer support team via our online portal or email to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- 3.Package Your Order
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure faster processing.
- 4.Inspection and Credit
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your return, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
